(4) 10' x 20' outdoor stalls for $25 per horse, per night.
(3) 12' x 12' covered stalls for $35 per horse, per night that are located in the barn.
You must clean up after your horses, or a cleaning fee of $50 is charged. Field next door for daily turnout. The loft has a private entrance, private deck, BBQ grill and sleeps up to 5 people. Wifi included. Plenty of space for big rigs. Super easy access, no need to back in or turnaround. RV hookups with electricity and water. TEXT for availability and reservations! Access to the Rail Trail is a half mile away, with many trails within an hour's drive. Guide services provided on request
Location: We are located 4 miles off 1-80 and are 45 minutes east of Salt Lake City, 15 miutes east of Park City. Ideal for those traveling from California I-80 into Idaho or Wyoming.

"Horse Boarding in South West Kaysville. Monthly rentals only. No over night rentals, sorry. Quiet, simple, friendly and easily accessible year round with lighting. Typically has 12 x 12 covered stalls with a 12 x 24 foot outdoor run attached. It is self care, self feed, self clean and you must provide your own hay. Round pen, additional larger pen. Barn to store up to 30 small bales of hay. Small tack room shared by all. Some trails close by. $50 cleaning deposit required. First plus last month boarding fees due upon arrival. Vaccines for horses are required. Hope this info helps."

Sunset Equestrian Center is a clean and safe full service and family-friendly facility sitting on twenty-two acres in West Kaysville. We offer 12x12 concrete indoor stalls with automatic waters, large feeders, and stall mats. Nine of the indoor stalls have attached paddocks. The barn stays cool in the summer and is heated in the winter. Hot and cold water is available year round in the wash stall area. Outside, we offer covered stalls with paddocks and large corrals with shelters.
Here at Sunset, our boarders have access to one indoor arena with premier footing (125x225) and two outdoor arenas (150x250). There are also 7 large turn out areas, 2 walkers, and 2 round pens available. Riders can access riding trails from the property.
Attached to the indoor arena, there is a large office and viewing area to host events and birthday parties. There is also a playground outside for the little ones. We have trainers on site who offer riding lessons and horse training to all skill levels. Feel free to stop in and see us!

Location: We are off the beaten path and nestled in a beautiful ranch valley located 5 miles south of Manila, Utah. We are just 2 miles from the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area where you will find endless opportunities for horse back riding. There are also short rides right from our place.
